Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Partners

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Affiliate Partner”) and our affiliate program (“Program”) as an affiliate partner who is 18 years of age or older. By signing up as an affiliate partner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Enrollment in the Program: a. To become an affiliate partner, you must complete the affiliate application accurately and provide all required information. b. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion without providing a reason. c. Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and access to affiliate marketing materials.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities: a. As an affiliate partner, you agree to promote our products or services in a truthful and ethical manner. b. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your affiliate account, including contact details and payment preferences. c. You will be solely responsible for any and all content you create or distribute as part of your affiliate marketing efforts.
3. Commissions: a. You will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate ID and tracked links. b. Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined separately and may be subject to change at our discretion. c. Commissions will only be paid for verified and completed sales, as defined by our tracking and reporting systems. The commission is paid only from the amount of 100€. You can earn up to 20% commission per sale.
4. Prohibited Activities: a. You agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. b. You will not make false claims or misrepresent our products or services. c. You will not engage in any activities that may harm our brand reputation or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights related to our brand, trademarks, logos, and marketing materials remain our exclusive property. b. You may only use approved marketing materials provided by us for promotional purposes. c. Any unauthorized use or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination: a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. b. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions for any future sales. c. Any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the payment terms specified in this Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability: a. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement. b. In no event shall our total liability under this Agreement exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you.
8. Modification of Terms: a. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. b. Any modifications to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
